The project
Several modes (map, flags, capitals, listing, country of the day) with real-time games for up to 8 players, leaderboards, a friends system and moderation.
The site runs on my own server: continuous deployment, self-hosted analytics, and a PostgreSQL database tuned from real production queries. The same codebase ships as an iOS and Android app with Capacitor.
